Where Do You Stand?
We like to think our bank accounts are shaped by the market, the economy, or perhaps a stroke of particularly good luck. Although after years of observing how wealth and power acquired within the inner circles, I have realized that wealth isn't just collected; it’s invited in by your 'Value Level.'
Most people move through life without realizing they are operating on a specific psychological frequency. If you want to change your reality, you have to understand the level you’re currently playing at.
Level 1: The Survivalist
This is the baseline. The focus is narrow: the water bill, the next this meal, getting through the 24-hour cycle. It is a state of constant reaction. You cannot build an empire when you are only focused on staying afloat.
Level 2: The Tribalist
Here, the currency is loyalty. You want to belong. Whether it’s a tight-knit corporate team or a traditional community, the goal is to be a "good person" who follows the rules. It provides safety, but rarely independence.
Level 3: The Maverick
This is where the fire starts. This level is highly entrepreneurial, extremely competitive, fast, fueled by a need to win and overcome. Much of the world’s "new money" lives here.
Level 4: The Guardian of Order
This group is the backbone of our society. Government, judiciary, these are the people who believe in the 10-year plan, the corporate ladder, and the power of discipline. They value "doing it the right way." They provide the predictability our economy needs to function.
Level 5: The System Master
This is the level where prosperity is no longer chased.
At Level 5, you are leveraging systems. These individuals have usually tasted the corporate world, perhaps failed at a startup, and emerged with a visionary's perspective.
They value freedom and innovation. They don't just solve challenges; they build businesses that run themselves. If you want to create wealth that feels easy, surround yourself with Level Fives. They understand the "win-win", and this group is reliable for partnership because they’ve mastered the rarest skill in business—creating systematic success that is often viewed by the world as divine providence.
The Reality Check
Why do some people lose a fortune as quickly as they make it? It’s a mismatch. Their wealth grew faster than their value level. You cannot hold Level 5 wealth with a Level 2 mindset.
Before you can master the system at Level 5, you must learn the discipline , Level 4. And before you learn discipline, you must find your own power, Level 3.
Which level are you operating from today?
Identifying where you stand is the only way to chart a course to the summit.
